What products do you sell?
Original art prints on t-shirts, mugs, and posters — pets, Halloween, and Poe/gothic-inspired designs, with more collections on the way.
How are your products made?
Every item is print-on-demand: nothing is printed until you order it. This lets us offer more designs without waste, but it also means each order is made just for you.
What sizes are available?
T-shirts are available in standard adult sizing (see the size chart on each product page). Mugs come in one standard size unless noted otherwise. Posters are available in the sizes listed on each product page — check the listing for exact dimensions before ordering.
How long until my order ships?
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then standard shipping within the US takes about 3–4 business days. You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
Currently we ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon.
What if my item doesn’t fit or arrives damaged?
If something arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, email us at aero@aerobeloved.com with photos and your order number — we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost. See our Refund and Returns Policy for full details.
Can I request a custom design or portrait?
We’re not currently taking custom/personalized portrait orders, but if you have a design idea you’d love to see as a product, email us — we’re always looking for new ideas from customers.
How do I care for my print?
For apparel: wash inside-out in cold water and hang dry or tumble dry low to keep the print looking sharp longest. For mugs: hand washing is recommended to preserve the print. Posters should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
