Processing and delivery
Each item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Standard domestic shipping normally takes about 3–4 business days after fulfillment. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays, weather, stock availability, and address issues may affect delivery.
Shipping fee
Standard shipping within the United States is a flat $6.99 per order. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information when available. Please allow the carrier time to activate the tracking link.
Incorrect addresses and delivery issues
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately. Once production or shipping has started, an address change may no longer be possible and additional shipping charges may apply.
If the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
